Luphawu – translated to English means “a Mark”.
LES is owned by two well-qualified black female directors, Nomfundo and Zoleka, who have more than 50 years combined experience, and the company has BBBEE Level 1 certificate.
The focus for LES is to support organisations to reinforce the key elements that make up the employment and labour compliance landscape given the ever dynamic and evolving legislation, regulations, and policies in South Africa and internationally.
