- Conduct a desktop review to assess existing employment policies, practices, and their implementation.

- Policy review – LES conducts a comprehensive HRM environment assessment to identify gaps in compliance with legislative requirements.
- Present a policy review assessment report with recommendations to the Executive/HRM for implementation.
- Policy development – Assists organisation with administrative interventions and drafting policies based on the outcome of the assessment report.
3. Training Workshops
- Present cutting-edge customized solutions to the client chosen from the Ten Point Empowerment Solutions (TPES) catalogue
- After selection, conduct training and facilitation of identified beneficiaries including organized labour on Ten Point Empowerment Solutions (TPES) or part thereof as the need arises.
- Onboarding and socialization of reviewed policies to all relevant stakeholders.
