1. HR Ecosystem Audit

  • Conduct a desktop review to assess existing employment policies, practices, and their implementation.
  • Identifying gaps in the HR ecosystem to determine strengths and weaknesses through engagement with all role-players.
  • Assess employees and management on their understanding of the provisions of employment laws and effects on the working environment.
  • Identify gaps and implement inclusive interventions to address them.

2. Policy Review/Development

  • Organize and undertake consultation sessions with all role-players viz. employees, organised labour, management, executive including the Board, to gather inputs and standardization.
  • Policy review – LES conducts a comprehensive HRM environment assessment to identify gaps in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Present a policy review assessment report with recommendations to the Executive/HRM for implementation.
  • Policy development – Assists organisation with administrative interventions and drafting policies based on the outcome of the assessment report.

3. Training Workshops

  • Present cutting-edge customized solutions to the client chosen from the Ten Point Empowerment Solutions (TPES) catalogue
  • After selection, conduct training and facilitation of identified beneficiaries including organized labour on Ten Point Empowerment Solutions (TPES) or part thereof as the need arises.
  • Onboarding and socialization of reviewed policies to all relevant stakeholders.
